What is Spot?

Why Should I Consider a “Spot” Appraisal?

A spot appraisal will provide the seller or buyer with a fair market value of the home that is considering to be listed or about to be purchased in cash before a home is under contract. Having an accurate valuation of the home before a contract is drawn up will increase the chances of selling the home quickly without just giving it away and help to decrease the amount of time the home sits on the market.
